UITZICHT OVER DE OCEAAN! Privacy en romantiek zijn van jou! Dit bijgewerkte appartement heeft de rust, stilte en uitzicht om u onmiddellijk "op vakantie" te brengen. Op een groot balkon kunt u ontspannen met een kopje koffie terwijl u de SUNRISE over de oceaan bekijkt, genieten van cocktails tijdens het happy hour en vrienden in het zwembad in de gaten houden. Privacy deuren kunnen worden gesloten of open tussen de woonkamer en op uw behoeften. En als u een amateur-kok bent, is het appartement uitgerust met alle kruiden, bestek en kookgerei die u nodig heeft om nieuwe "Mexicaanse" recepten te proberen!

UITZICHT OVER DE OCEAAN! Deze uitzonderlijke locatie biedt een 5e verdieping uitzicht op de oceaan - compleet met brullende golven - voordat u zelfs 's ochtends uit bed bent gekomen! Er is een dramatisch uitzicht op de oceaan vanuit elke kamer. Als je van wandelen, zwemmen, snorkelen of omgeving houdt, is dit perfect voor jou.

De zwembaden en perfect verzorgde tuinen en gronden zijn hier voor uw plezier. Twee zwembaden zijn ter plaatse voor uw plezier: een met een dramatische infinity edge en uitzicht op de "Arch" en de stad Cabo San Lucas. De andere heeft een bar in het zwembad met de meest authentieke margarita's in de stad, samen met fantastisch Mexicaans eten - allemaal tegen fantastische prijzen!

Hieronder is een privé-snorkelstrand en ik zorg voor 2 sets maskers / snorkels. De vissen zullen letterlijk uit je hand eten op het snorkelstrand! Of zoek vriendelijke leguanen bij het zwembad of in de tuinen om te verleiden met vers fruit.
Sunset de Mona Lisa Restaurant bevindt zich aan de rand van het pand en biedt u een uitzicht op de zonsondergangen die zo spectaculair zijn dat u nacht na nacht terugkomt. Bovendien is er een deli / café / markt op het terrein met zeer redelijke prijzen voor eten, sterke drank en diversen. In totaal zijn er 5 restaurantkeuzes op loopafstand, waaronder één met roomservice; 3 anderen voor romantische diners of dansen. Het resort beschikt over een bewaakte, omheinde ingang en parkeerplaats voor uw veiligheid en assistentie.

Dit appartement op de 5e verdieping heeft alles - SmartTV, WIFI en kookgadgets in overvloed, inclusief een volledig uitgerust kruidenrek. Cabo San Lucas ligt op slechts 3 mijl afstand met de bus, taxi of huurauto. Costco en Walmart zijn binnen 2 mijl en langs de belangrijkste snelweg naar / van de stad.

Dit is een flat zodat u volledige privacy zult hebben tijdens uw verblijf - ik woon echter ook in het aangrenzende gebouw zodat ik u snel en gemakkelijk kan helpen wanneer dat nodig is. Ik woon sinds 2006 in Cabo en kan veel suggesties geven over activiteiten, eten, plezier! Ik hou van mensen die van mijn stad genieten en vaak als gids en conciërge fungeren.

What a beautiful view and property. It’s a far enough from the main marina that you can enjoy the ocean waves and whales but close enough to drive or Uber in if you want! Lots of sweet kitties hang in the area and if you’re lucky you can catch a breaching whale or a hummingbird visiting on the patio. Nice little private beach area a few minutes walk away, two pools and a two cute bars w food if you don’t want to leave.

Enjoyed the stunning sunrise views. We could spot whales from the balcony. The hummingbirds made their company delightful. Additionally - the shower is large and nice and the pull-out couch is comfortable. The Uber pickup and drop off was very convenient - the marina not being too far from the location. The host was nice, super flexible, very responsive to our questions & stayed in touch throughout our stay.

The host Christine gave us a warm welcome and relayed all the important information. Her condo is gorgeous. The condo is equipped with everything you need and the kitchen is well stocked. She is generous with all the sundries. We really appreciated being able to use her swim fins, beach chairs and beach umbrella.

My husband and I loved Christina’s place! It had everything we needed and we slept very comfortably. The view from the balcony was gorgeous and we loved waking up to the sunrise! The only thing that would have made it better is if it was whale season. We missed them by a month. That would be so cool to see them from the balcony!We booked several excursions with Andre at the pool bar. Including an amazing sunset sailboat cruise with dinner and private snorkeling off of Chilleno Beach. This unit is very private with no one else on the floor in that area. We loved it!

Amazing Stay!

Christine was a wonderful host and the property is fantastic. Safe, clean and great amenities. The private beach was beautiful and relaxing and the poolside bar was well stocked and very reasonably priced. Really short trip into town as well. I will be booking again if ever back in Cabo.

Gorgeous Cabo fun!

The view from the condo patio is splendid! We enjoyed relaxing, watching whales, boats, waves, and birds every day. The condo is just as pictured, with comfy bed, big shower, beach supplies (towels, chairs, umbrella, snorkel gear…), even jigsaw puzzles! Christine is a wonderful host, engaging and helpful yet always discreet and professional. We used Uber to get to town (not much in walking distance), which worked very smoothly. The property pool and bar/cafe was ideal - you could swim up for daily happy hour, enjoy the most delicious fish or shrimp tacos, and meet interesting people! Enjoy!!

Cabo Getaway

Christine our host was great and looked after us from beginning to end of our stay. The property was awesome! Clean, quiet, safe, well equipped unit and complex. We ate in most days by choice, but there are options within walking distance or short Uber drive to downtown. All property staff was super friendly and accommodating. My only comment would be if you’re looking for more action and excitement this might not be your place as it was pretty laid back which was what we were looking for in a holiday. But with saying that, again a short Uber to the action is readily available. Lastly, the semi private beach was a short walk and it was beautiful. You can snorkel if you want or just lay on the clean sand under the unit provided beach umbrella. All in all I would recommend this property and if we go back we would stay again! Thanks Christine!

A lovely place to stay

This condo was so comfortable for my sister and me for a five day stay. I am not sure if the description captures the size of the unobstructed view…it was amazing to see so many whales spouting in the Sea of Cortez! Such a quiet, peaceful place to simply relax and recuperate. We swam in the pool, ate simple meals at the pool bar, and were able to have a great vacation! The owner, Christine, is great.

Great views and relaxing stay

Great stay and the property is as described. Amazing view from the balcony to watch sunrise and whales every day. We enjoyed relaxing on both beaches and pools accessible on the property. Many days we found ourselves eating at the small cantina bar on the property. They have great food, drinks and service. We loved our time at the property.

Christine was awesome! The only issue we had at all was the condo was on the 5th floor. As luck would have it, the elevator was broken. Christine was so apologetic and had some gentlemen there to take our luggage up to the condo. It was a little tough for my husband as he is 81 years and has back issues. But being the trooper he is, we managed. It was a work out for me, which I loved! Christine also refunded 50% our stay due to the inconvenience. Great place....just make sure elevator works or you are in shape!

Sunrises on the balcony

Coming from a couple of time zones to the east, it was easy to have a perfect start to the day while sitting on the balcony, drinking coffee, listening to the waves, and watching the sun come up. We were close enough to the Marina that a quick Uber ride had us there in minutes, but we were far enough away to relax in the pools or the local beach. Christine was delightful, and we'll likely be back.

Great condo for the price

This condo has a beautiful view of the ocean and overlooks the pool. It is well priced because it is mostly dated. But everything works. I wouldn’t say this place is great for young kiddos though. Lots of little trinkets around that could be broken and no pack and play. The listing photos are what you get. There is one TV that you turn around if you want to watch it in the bedroom. But you can’t really see bc it’s so low. I think the bed was replaced and listing wasn’t updated bc there’s no way the bed was a king. It’s the same size as the couch bed. The couch bed is soft but your feet are much higher than your head. Also not sure where the listing sq feet came from it’s about 800-900 sq ft. There was a new little microwave stand and prep station in the kitchen which was nice bc there is limited counter space. Also some nice little things in the bathroom like make up remover wipes, a make up remover wash cloth, soaps, hair dryer. I’d go back if I didn’t have the kids but it was a bit too small for 4 people for me. Also I’d keep all of your food in the fridge as we had ants.
