Guests will have full access to the entire home as well as the community Clubhouse which has an infinity pool, lounge chairs, bathrooms, firepit and gym.

Other Things to Note:

While this unit’s building (Balandra Building) is completed this development is still under construction. Construction noise could occur from 8am-6pm weekdays and from 8am-1pm Saturdays.
