'They were helpful getting us some spoons and knives. We only stayed one night. Really close to the golf course. Pool was open and looked clean and well maintained although we didn't use it.'

None of the email correspondence told me what room number nor where the rooms were located. We were arriving late so regular check in wasn't available. We called and let the property manager know we'd be late but we weren't informed that our room wasn't near where the address on the emails would send...
