'Brand new! Renovated house. Great set up. We had to vacuum up a bunch of dead bugs around the house, but other than that we had a great time. About 30 mins to Hudson. Kids loved the playground, hot tub, and paddle boat. '

'Didn't realize how small it would be. Didn't know what unit number was ours. Had a hard time using tv.. don't do Dish and reg remote wasn't easy to figure out. Door didn't lock from inside. Set AC at 73, fan ran all nite, but temp didn't drop.'
