'The hotel was great! Clean and beautiful, food from the restaurant was good. I just think that I came at the wrong time (rainy season) we were stranded in the hotel because there only street to and from the hotel was flooded. Couldn’t get a ride out of the hotel. Most of the staff was kind and helpful except from one, she always had an excuse as to why something can’t be done or amenities can’t be used. Caught her in a lie or maybe she just didn’t want to do something, not sure.'

'Although I wasn't the one who checked in, I booked the room for my son, his buddy, my nephew, and my nieces. The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful when I chatted with them online before their stay, which made the booking process easy. My son really enjoyed the resort, and he and his buddy even completed their PADI certification there! They had a great experience, and it sounds like they had an amazing time. 'Beautiful views. Indoor pool was cool in the middle of summer! Room had small window AC unit. Food was pretty good, inexpensive, and convenient. The staff were accommodating with all our requests. There were several non guests who came just to eat on the outdoor patio and check out the view. They had some private rooms that could be used for events such as their upstairs bar.
