'I found the Philip Ann Resort a wonderful place to stay. For such a small location it offers multitude of games and activities on and around the resort. From the games room, sun decks, variety of lounge areas, restaurant , pool, jacuzzi, a tiki bar, and a DJ. There is a little something for everyone. The staff were very friendly and worked hard to ensure their customers had a great experience.'

'Beautiful views. Indoor pool was cool in the middle of summer! Room had small window AC unit. Food was pretty good, inexpensive, and convenient. The staff were accommodating with all our requests. There were several non guests who came just to eat on the outdoor patio and check out the view. They had some private rooms that could be used for events such as their upstairs bar. My only request for improvement would be for them to offer a laundry service for a fee so we dont have to go to the...

'The hotel islocated in a very peaceful location. Having a car is highly advised as the resort is huge. Staff from the front desk to the restaurant were all very nice. The rooms were more than enough for one human being. Breakfast was plated but tasty. I highly recommend the milk fish. '

'Room OK, but better with one King bed than 2 Queen sized beds. It's not goo for non-golfers. Step outside the limited hotel space and you have a growling security guard shouting at you. Poor value for money. Won't return. '

'GREAT customer service and staff was always very open to assist in anyway they could. Wonderful view and quiet. On the downside, although there was free breakfast each day that we stayed, there was a service charge added to each day. This was not mentioned until checking out. Transportation from the resort to Manila, was not available. Instead, we were told that the security guard would take us to the bus stop!! 'Beautiful place, wonderful staff, boat for hire to take you to islands, massage services. Owner is polite and helps with anything and staff is very nice and willing to help, love this place and the people.'

'The room was downgraded from what I was told by the staff. Our bed was as if they put a sheet over a brick it was so hard and uncomfortable. Then we seen cockroaches all over the room. Mouse or rat droppings in the bathroom as well. One of the housekeepers said that we stained the blankets with lipstick and my wife doesn’t even use any makeup whatsoever. So they tried to charge us for it. We use to go here every time we come to the Philippines but never again. They don’t take care of the place...

'Everyhing very bad Nothing working in the rooms so 3 time chance the room. All the night very loud karaoke till 7 o clock in the morning. Second day we check in other hotel for can sleep. 1 day earlier than we book we check out and go to Manilla. So from 4 days we there 2 nights and 2 nights there not able to sleep. The staff don,t care anything. Bad bad bad. Never ever book there again'
