'The hotel was great! Clean and beautiful, food from the restaurant was good. I just think that I came at the wrong time (rainy season) we were stranded in the hotel because there only street to and from the hotel was flooded. Couldn’t get a ride out of the hotel. Most of the staff was kind and helpful except from one, she always had an excuse as to why something can’t be done or amenities can’t be used. Caught her in a lie or maybe she just didn’t want to do something, not sure.'

'Had an issue with the Vittoria room and they upgraded me to the Octavia room for free. Absolutely wonderful place and helpful staff!'

'The hotel islocated in a very peaceful location. Having a car is highly advised as the resort is huge. Staff from the front desk to the restaurant were all very nice. The rooms were more than enough for one human being. Breakfast was plated but tasty. I highly recommend the milk fish. '

'It is the warm welcome. The environment and the activities for children . The farm experience and their tour of the farm is a must. The architectural design with bamboo is so beautiful Especially their green mangoes. If you lobe bird watching this is also the good place with the sound of kilyawan birds.'

'Beautiful views. Indoor pool was cool in the middle of summer! Room had small window AC unit. Food was pretty good, inexpensive, and convenient. The staff were accommodating with all our requests. There were several non guests who came just to eat on the outdoor patio and check out the view. They had some private rooms that could be used for events such as their upstairs bar. My only request for improvement would be for them to offer a laundry service for a fee so we dont have to go to the...
