Centraal en sociaal kleurrijk huis

Alles nieuw alles. Dit zeer comfortabele huis is ingericht in grootse stijl, herbouwd na een woningbrand in 2012, dus elk detail is gloednieuw! Hoge gewelfde plafonds, kunstzinnig ingericht met een concertvleugel en veel ruimte voor sociale contacten. De hoofdslaapkamer heeft openslaande deuren naar de patio, een inloopkast en een royale ensuite badkamer. Ideale centrale locatie op slechts een steenworp afstand van de Farmers Market, Cheesecake Cafe, Enterprise Rent-a-car en Heritage LRT, Chinook Mall. Korte rit overal.

De ruimte

Het huis is licht en heeft een open gevoel met de hoge plafonds. Veel banken en een vleugel betekent dat het goed geschikt is voor entertainment. Het achterterras is een perfecte plek om de zomerdagen door te brengen en te ontspannen in het bubbelbad als de zon ondergaat. Host biedt drie fietsen in goede staat voor u beschikbaar om te huren, met veel geweldige fietspaden in de buurt.

Gasttoegang

Sleutelloze toegang 24 uur via deurcode. De volledige ruimte is voor uw gebruik. Eigenaar is over het algemeen beschikbaar en meegaand als u speciale verzoeken heeft over boodschappen, ontbijt, ophalen van het vliegveld of iets anders dat uw verblijf aangenamer zou maken!

Andere dingen om op te merken

Deze aanbieding is voor het hele huis. Aanbevolen voor maximaal 8 gasten, maar kon slapen met behulp van koningin slaapbank (heel comfortabel) en twee extra matrassen op de vloer. De meeste die we hebben gehad zijn 18 mensen voor een basketbaltoernooi en iedereen had een comfortabele nachtrust.

Wijkoverzicht

Een steenworp afstand van een boerenmarkt met de beste biologische voeding! Op loopafstand van het prachtige meer (Glenmore Reservoir), fietspaden, Heritage C-Train LRT, restaurants, ziekenhuis, Heritage Park, Cheesecake Cafe, Enterprise Rent-a-Car en winkelcentrum Chinook Centre.

Zich verplaatsen

Op een steenworp afstand van Enterprise rent-a-car, en heel dichtbij om slechts een korte wandeling door een groen veld naar Heritage LRT te trainen voor een korte rit van 10 minuten naar Stampede of het centrum.

* Let op: de vleugel zit niet meer in de ruimte.

Ook wat de beoordelingen van gasten betreft, er woont niemand thuis! Je krijgt het hele huis voor jezelf. Persoonlijke items zijn verwijderd vanaf juni 2018.

Iemand zei dat de huisregels neerbuigend waren, dus ik heb ze verwijderd. Blijf op de hoogte - ik zal een 'huishoudhandboek' als hulpmiddel maken.

Great spot for a family get together

Family Celebration.

Excellent location, space for all, clean and everything we needed within walking distance. Recommend to anyone who needs to sleep plenty of people and centrally located within walking distance to C Train & Buses. Great time had by all.

Calgary Stampede 2023

This was a perfect location for the 10 me of my family to congregate from all over the world. Easy access to the C-train. Quiet neighbourhood while at the house. Modern decor. Dining opportunities are very easy to get to. Location was great for us to do the Stampede and also Spruce Meadows. Would certainly do this again - could not have imagined trying it in a hotel. Plenty of supplies for bathrooms, kitchen amenities. Great contact at all times.

Great little spot in Kingsland

We had a family gathering for our father’s memorial. This home gave us 4 bedrooms w 3 bathrooms. 2 kitchens, and a nice area in the Backyard to gather at night. We even used the hot tub a little bit which was really nice to unwind with after a couple of tough days. There’s great access to McLeod Tr and all the eateries around there. Also close to downtown and 17th ave if you want a little more action. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend to anyone looking for a similar place to stay in the city of Calgary .

Lovely Home

Chance is a Superhost. He is easy to communicate and very generous. Everything we need in the kitchen is there even condiments,spices,tea,coffee,sugar. Overflowing of supplies like shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwashing soap, laundry detergent, cleaning solutions. The place is very welcoming. Very organized and very clean and quiet. The place is in central location. Very convenient to everything. Highly recommended!

Nice house in a convenient location

The house is of a good size and accommodated our large friends group with ease. The neighbourhood is quiet and the heritage lrt station is an 8 minute walk away. Hot tub was well cared for and a nice plus for the evening around the house.

A Great stay at a Great Place

We were in Calgary for a family wedding we had a big group and ended up having a lovely stay at this place.. four bedrooms with very large king size beds. It was very much as advertised and then some. Chase left us a lovely spread so we didn't have to shop that night for breakfast the following day. The onion bagels were lovely also left us milk orange juice coffee and was kind enough to put coffee cream in the fridge for us when we arrived. He was very quick to answer any of our questions of which we didn't have many. The other thing that was remarkable it had six TVs one in each bedroom as well as one on each floor in the living area. This is a really great space if you are a big group. We were six adults and we had more than enough room. It could easily handle that. I certainly would recommend it Shaun Montreal

Moms retreat

Chance was very easy to communicate with. He answered all of our questions and was super efficient at responding. The house was perfect for our ladies get away. Chance made sure to put out an extra mattress to accommodate us and there was plenty of pillows and blankets for everyone which was fantastic! He even provided us with a few basic groceries he’s which was a very unexpected, and pleasant surprise. The requirements for clean up were very simple and less than what has been required of me at other places I’ve stayed. The property is located very close to Chinook shipping centre and other nearby amenities. It was a great location. When we left I left behind a few belongings and chance was quick to find them and make arrangements to get them back to me. I would absolutely stay in this home again or any property offered by Chance. Thanks for your hospitality.

Everything about our stay was perfect! Family of 8 and we stayed comfortably and happily. This place is close to everything. Kids loved the hot tub! Lots of on street parking, even for visitors. Highly recommend this property!

Wedding visit

This property was excellent for our visit to Calgary. The host was very generous and checked in on occasion to ensure everything was ok. Chance answered any questions we had in a very short period of time. We appreciated having the use of a barbeque and the back yard. The house was clean, comfortable and more than adequate for 6 adults. The neighbourhood was quiet and very close to shopping, with easy access to some main traffic arteries in Calgary. We would stay again if the need arose. Chance is a Superhost for sure.

Great location in the SW of Calgary

We were a group of 9 adults, and the house was an excellent size and layout for our needs. The owner was very accommodating with any requests we had and a very nice gentleman who made communication very easy. . The location was close so to everything we needed, restaurants, groceries, liquor store, takeout, and even a dispensary. We would rent here again.

Lots of room for us. We were 8 and we all had a comfortable bed to sleep in. Lots of room to sit and enjoy a glass of wine in the living area and kitchen. I recommend this home for a big group. It was very easy connecting with the property manager.

My family and I (6 adults and 1 toddler, 18 mos. old) felt right at home. Great home to entertain, especially with 2 bedrooms downstairs. Our toddler was able to sleep with loud company upstairs; downstairs rooms are virtually sound proof.

Amazing wedding week

The moment we walked into Chance’s home we knew we had made the right decision. The spacious home, great kitchen layout perfect for large family gatherings, lots of seating and a gracious host made the experience in conjunction with hosting our son’s rehearsal dinner more than we could of ever expected. Two kitchens allowed our base group of eight, great flexibility for dinners and the beds were numerous and comfortable. The outdoor space complete with a good sized grill and hot tub were a welcome treat for our family. Walking distance to a farmers market, and numerous restaurants, and the downtown train as well as only 15 minutes from downtown and the venue for our son’s wedding made it the ideal location for all of our requirements. Thanks again Chance for the great experience and we highly recommend your property to anyone.
