The staff was very friendly, the room was big and clean. It was a bit noisy, but i don't know if that was the hotel of the neighbours. A nice airport hotel.

Room was dirty and stunk like cigarette smoke. I checked in at 5 and there were people (staff) in my room, with the door and windows opened. I had an event to get to and did not have time to switch rooms or I would have. Breakfast was not good. An apple, donut, old toast, and a juice box that was pre wrapped and I picked it up at the front desk. I would not stay here again, lots of better options I the same price range or cheaper.

We were given a room that is really dirty, the bed is wiggling, no floor mat, no hand towels and staff that is not very accommodating and doesn’t answer calls. I hope Expedia does not include this hotel in their list of partners. Super disappointed

We did not feel safe and there was a horrible smell in the hallways and it was dirty as well around the property but not much dirt inside of the room. I don't recommend it.

I checked in and immediately left after seeing the room. On the way to the room the elevator sounded like it was going to break down. There was a wet mop on the carpet. The hotel had a weird smell to it, moldy and musty. We asked for a refund due to the condition and was denied. We booked into another hotel in the parking lot leaving

It feels like they’re running a homeless camp or halfway house out of this place. I never felt safe in the elevator or at night. People noisy in the halls at all hours of the night. I had to clean the furniture and doors because they were so disgusting. The bed was so uncomfortable and the pillows were folded in half to seem bigger. The space was good with a decent layout but it’s a shame the rest was so hard to get over. I will not be going back and I don’t recommend it for anyone with a family.

The property was quite convenient as it was close to the airport but I think that’s it. We’re grateful for the upgrade but the room didn’t seem fully ready, no cutleries or anything despite having a kitchenette; limited pillows for a king bed, and just the overall property not being utilized to it’s best potential. There was also a random stranger seemingly “homeless”, that kept knocking on the door and that didn’t make us feel safe even after reporting it to the front desk many a times, we even saw him outside just walking about and returning again the day after; they just didn’t seem to prioritize safety that way.

Facility is limited to certain ethnicity even the lobby music at loud volume is set at Indian songs which other nationalities wouldnt understand or appreciate. Carpet too dirty & elevator as well. Breakfast was so disappointing. Was given only in a prepack that we couldnt even eat as there was no orher option. Toast was even stale. Worse experience ever

Very strong smell of ammonia in hallway and room, it gave me a headache. The latch on my door was broken and I got stuck in my room for an hour. There was a lot of homeless people. There was no actual free breakfast, they gave us stale cold toast and a donut and it was really bad I just threw it out. Mattress horribly uncomfortable. The room looked really dirty. The bar downstairs was blasting loud music at 11 pm and I asked the front desk to get them to turn it down and they said there wasn’t anything they could do. Walls are also paper thin.

There was a lot of garbage in the hallway, one of the beds in my room had dirty sheets. There were stains on the curtains. I was on the 3rd floor and I could hear the music and party from the restaurant on the main floor. The walls were thin as I could hear the neighbors very clearly.

The worst possible vibe - pettiness, discrimination, employee loudly trying to make you embarrassed, and racism "smoking white trash" when I don't even smoke, and "too white to be xyz's relative so she's lying" etc etc. Regardless, they charged me an entire night - but had me checkout and return the keys. Their clearly stated policy would've been max $35 that should've been waived. But they argue it's whole night - loudly- and that they can't go against policy. So illiterate, dumb or thieves - not people anyone wants to deal with. I arranged refund via expedia and needed to go in person to insert debit card. First time they had me return as manager not on shift. second time, turns out they fired the manager who authorized the refund for overcharge... Cause not only did they have me pay for a nigg then return the keys,,,, turns out the keys were taken and given to an ?employee or friend of. Who stayed in lieu of me.... And they yell at you that it's their policy when you mention it..... That took 5.5 hours of my ttime Nd still no refund.... Except a pArtial $25 that they gave to someone else and tell at you about their policy when mentioned. Now room was good and all BUT - after checkin when supposed to be cleaned, there was a spilled opened sha.poo in shower, and LOADS of EXTREMELY LONG BODY/PUBIC hair on one of the towel that was damp.....slight yucky sweaty scent in bed sheets along with the gas/liquid fumes used as per anasthesia. Room phone not working. Tv either

Hotel was fine. Our room did smell very strongly of cigarettes, cat litter, and an orange fragrance to mask it. The room itself was clean otherwise and the property seemed okay, but the smell in the room which was smoke free made it difficult to enjoy our stay. There is also no amenities on property.

The exterior of this hotel isn't the prettiest but the rooms are newly renovated, clean and comfortable. I often stay here and the staff are courteous, too. At this room price it excels expectations.

You definitely get what you paid for with this property. Lots of crack heads in the front entrance. Theres a huge hole in the roof beside the elevator with wires and cables dangleing from it. Only one elevator works so youre waiting for 5 mins sometimes. Room had a smell of smoke, very dim and dusty feeling. Bed is uncomfortable and pillows are half the size of regular pillow size. I took 2 nights here but after staying the first night, we left and couldnt bring ourselves to stay the second night. I dont recommend this place.

Fixtures are old and starting to rust. Bed is squeaking. Area was unsafe, there were drug dealers peddling with the homeless.
