Ankita was a wonderful host: very welcoming, warm, respectful and friendly. She started off by allowing us to check in when we arrived to town-- we didn't have to wait til 3pm. She programmed the keyless lock to be part of our phone number--so convenient. She responded quickly to any questions or concerns. Her daughter gave us a Christmas gift! We appreciated the assigned parking with plugin for the cold nights.The basement apartment is as advertised and was perfect for our needs. The open concept kitchen, dining and living room, 3 large bedrooms with nice sized closets were very clean and tidy. The queen beds were comfy with cozy duvets. The large soaker tub has a rain showerhead, towels were extra large and fluffy! The washer and drier were handy. The wifi was excellent, the cell service spotty at times.We cannot comment on the futon--one child slept on the floor. As Scott from "Vacation House Rules" says, maximize heads in beds. Technically there is room for 8 to sleep. We would highly recommend this accommodation for groups of 3 to 6 for maximum comfort. Thanks for a great stay Ankita!!
