○ Electrical breaker is last resort. Do not try to fix or troubleshoot any issues with plumbing, appliances or electrical. Do not touch unless instructed otherwise.
○ Host does not offer compensation for unforeseeable inconveniences (e.g., maintenance, fire alarms, or amenity restrictions). If notified in advance of significant disruptions, the host will inform guests and only accept bookings with their approval. Full refunds will be provided if unit is unusable.
○ No temporary or permanent fixtures (e.g., tarps) are allowed. Do not tape or pin decorations to walls or furnishings.
○ Do not put food or debris down sinks, even with garburators. Guests will be responsible for any resulting plumbing issues.

○ Tampering with safety devices/equipment will be warned only ONCE through. 2nd notification will be a call from us directly, and 3rd offence will be asked to leave.

Great house and location. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Only issue is the kitchen could use a restock. Only 3 wineglasses, no dishcloth, no casserole dishes to cook in oven. Also glass shards were on kitchen sink mat so a foot got cut. Lifted mat and more underneath. But very minor complaints and I would definitely book again. Beds were wonderful.

We had an absolutely fabulous stay at this rental home! From the moment we arrived, everything exceeded our expectations. The space was beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. The place was very clean and organized. We had a comfortable and enjoyable stay. We’ll surely book again. Btw, just so the others know, before check in we were given 2 options on how we are going to pay for the property damage just in case something happens. First is security deposit which is a larger fee that is refundable and the second is the damage waiver, a smaller one time non-refundable fee. We were not informed during the reservation about those fees, good thing we were prepared in handling this matter. It has surprised us a bit because we did not expect to pay a big amount of security deposit that’s why we opted for the non-refundable one. But we understand that that’s how it goes. Everything went well and our stay was one for the books because of the exceptional place.

Stellar communication! Extremely spacious and very quiet! I live in the country and usually don’t do well in city settings. But this place was SILENT. Clean, safe neighborhood, convenient location. The entire house was spic and span and extremely comfortable! Would absolutely stay here again!

Great for what we needed
Loved the house for our family. We were in town for a hockey tournament. Parking was good. Kitchen was well supplied and there were laundry facilities. Pull out couches were better for one than two. We are old school so really would have enjoyed having cable or satellite tv. Seems most hotels do. Internet was sketchy a lot of the time.All in all it was a great spot for us. Would stay there again.
