'The view of the lake '

'The Inn at Nakoma was amazing!! the rooms were beautiful, the views were spectacular at the restaurant and Cyndy at the spa took care of my girlfriend and I, coming in a little later to accommodate our mountain biking adventure on Saturday at Mt Hough.'

'Cigarette or marijuana smoke from previous occupants was definitely present. We had to open the door to air it out. Luckily it was a bit better after I wish there was a better way to clean that smell.'

'The property was lovely, lots of amenities, activities, grounds. But the room was dark without adequate lighting, a bit small, the bed was low, and the table upstairs (loft) had only one chair! The Nespresso machine was a big plus! '

It was somewhat clogged... The water would rise while running the faucet. I would need to wait 5 minutes for the water to go down the drain. The bed was perfect... I wish they had a clock in the room. However, I am highly allergic to cigarette smoke... Walking through the Casino was very hard to breath... I was...

'De toegewezen kamer zag er bij binnenkomst niet goed schoongemaakt uit, was niet smerig, maar ook niet schoon, beetje groezelig, prullenmand niet leeg, zeeprest op wastafel. Leek wel of de kamer nog bezet was hoewel er geen persoonlijke spullen meer lagen. Vreemd gevoel. Bij navraag bleek de kamer ook niet schoongemaakt te zijn, was wat verwarring over wel niet uitgecheckt en hoe het kon dat die kamer ons was toegewezen. Kregen een andere kamer en dat was duidelijk een groot verschil. Keurige...

'Always a pleasure to stay at this hotel. The service is excellent, and the rooms are very comfortable.'

'Cheap and walking distance from town centre. No breakfast though, you get a breakfast bag with an apple, granola bar, water and a pre packed Danish roll. Luckily there is a Denny's next door where you get 10% discount. Good enough for just a sleep. '

'The hotel room was filthy. The smell of cigarette smoke was not bearable. The hotel was in poor repair. A disgusting place. We did not stay but booked a different hotel. I feel if a hotel was listed as smoke free, it should have been just that. I would like to receive a refund.'
