'Location was perfect and the room was very well outfitted. I gave four stars instead of five because the queen bed was very very firm and I think that an easy adjustment of mattress (or adding a queen topper) could make it five star. '

The host was excellent—very responsive, easy to communicate with, and always prompt in getting back to us whenever we had a question. We especially enjoyed the hot tub, and the BBQ was clean and worked perfectly, which made it easy to enjoy some relaxing evenings at the house. The location was also great, with easy access to Whiskeytown...

'We loved the location of this home. It's in a quiet neighborhood and the backyard is very private and fully fenced. Nice patio with table and chairs and propane fire pit with nice benches. The house had everything we needed. Very spacious and clean. The towels and bedding were top notch. Communication with the host was great. Very quick to respond and text all the information you need for check in and check out. We travel to Redding often for work and will stay here again if available.'
