'Easy checking in and out via the text communication. The water temperature was a bit hit and miss. It would be only hot in the sink for a while. The knob on the shower was a bit difficult to turn on, someone with arthritis might have trouble. A couple times the neighbors across the street were loud, but nothing the air conditioning wouldn't cover. Overall a nice , clean convenient stay.'

'What a hidden gem! Staff were all so delightful, kind and friendly. Food was AMAZING. Breakfast, lunch and dinner. Hotel was quaint and so comfortable. Their clothing store next to the hotel is also wonderful, don't miss out on this hidden gem in Fall River. We LOVED our stay.'

'Grounds were well kept, inside was clean and inviting, rooms were great, staff was nice. Parking for hotel guests kinda sucks being so far away from hotel entry. '

'Two words - no elevator. Grumpy desk clerk made no attempt to try to get or offer us (an elderly couple) a 1st floor room.. The free breakfast was poor with a toaster to heat up frozen waffles or precooked French toast. On the plus side there is plenty of parking and an affiliated restaurant across the parking lot. I won’t go back.'
