'The hotel was nice staff was very friendly and made you feel welcome. The location is perfect its close to Target Walmart and the mall. Also many eatery nearby. The staff went above and beyond being polite everyone was happy smiling and no matter how many times maids or anyone seen you, you were greeted with a smile. '

'Arrived at the hotel great check in. Loved the indoor corridors and spacius room. It was clean but unbelievably freezing. Domeinen legt the airconditioning on at max setting for ours. Opening the window didn't help and turning on the heater made a lot of noice and smelled a lot. As i was tired of the lassen trails i just put on three layers and folded the blanket of the king in two. Made my stay not comfortable. If not for this i would highly recommand the place.'

'The bed was super comfy, the shower had great water pressure as well. The curtains give the room a nice ambience and pop of color while giving privacy. The microwave and fridge were super nice and convenient. I loved the options for food around the area that the hotel gives answering any questions. What a perfect way to end a trip to Mount Shasta. '
