'1. The grass wasn't mowed before we got there2. The pictures of the inside were not like the cabin was in person3. The electric fireplace turned on in the middle of the night and we didn't know how to turn it off4.The trash from the other renters before us was piled high and wasn't dumped.5. Wasn't the best as far as being clean before we got there.6. there wasn't a dishwasher as it said on the web sight. It also said that there were 2 bedrooms, and there were actually 4. So maybe the web sight...

'Absoultely beautiful place and location! Plenty of room for the family to spread out and have their own space and then all come together for meals and just hanging together. Even the 1yr old grandkid did well! Any communication we needed with the host received a prompt replied to and the one issue was immediately remedied.Definitely plan to come back for another family get together in the future!'

Was able to get my walks in with my dog and was close enough to town and grocery stores so there wasn't a lot of unnecessary driving involved. '

'This property is misleading. There isn’t a beach area to swim in, play at or dock your boat. The large hill and lack of accessible boat dock restricted the older men in our party from getting in the boat so they watched from the patio. The room with bunk beds had ants, not great for the kids. The bathroom toilet had a leak, which lead to a perpetual wet rug. We made the best of our stay and time spent with family but this little cabin needs some TLC and an updated description. '

'Drop dead gorgeous lake without the jammed, crowded lake houses so many other Minnesota lakes offer. Unique island location. The sauna was immensely popular with everyone. Special feeling to float in the lake at night after the sauna experience. Armada of toys and games kept the young ones engaged. Kayaks and paddle boards. Two fridges were ever so helpful when you have a party of 12 as we did. Communication with the host was lightning-fast and friendly. The island is a magnet for fish. Overall,...
