'The property is beautiful, but our stay was deeply disappointing and, after approximately 40 years of travelling in Italy, the worst we have experienced there. The owner rarely acknowledged guests, but readily lectured them, made loud phone calls near guest rooms and crossed supposedly private terraces. 'We had a wonderful stay at paradiso terme. The pools, the view of the sunset, the breakfast, staff, everything was above our expectations. The room had great air conditioning, a comfy bed, TV, nice bathroom, & mini fridge. The property is like a huge botanical garden, extremely well maintained and you can tell a great effort is put into keeping it so nice.
