'We had a wonderful small family/friends gathering to celebrate a family members birthday. The property and home were perfect for all ages to enjoy. The indoor pool and game room were a big hit and the accommodations for those who stayed over were very comfortable. An added plus was the privacy and wooded nature of the surroundings. 'The property is very comfortable and clean. It is convenient to the ski area, Warwick, New York's apple orchards and fun main street shopping, Penning's Cidery & Orchard. The driveway is steep, if you have multiple cars, parking across the street (if allowed) may be preferred.'

'Convenient location. Nice to have 3 queen beds. One parking space is in a lot, but street for any additional. Plenty of availability though. Excellent washer and dryer, dishwasher. Internet worked well. '

'The stay was great, nice and quiet an excellent escape from the world. The little town area had so many little places to shop at and the Trading post was a hit. While we werent able to do much in the area with my guest being under the weather there was options to do so. '

Monica was very helpful and check in was easy process. She answered messages quickly. The town of Montgomery was nearby and very nice. Also great proximity to several apple and cider places. Very pretty area.'
