'I had been looking for a place to stay with my family and I, that would be ok with a very small gathering. Many places could not accommodate. The owner of this beautiful home though, not only did accommodate, but was also very helpful and thoughtful to mine and my family's needs. He was also very quick to answer any messages I sent his way about questions that I had. His home was not only beautiful but perfect for the small family get together I had. I can't say enough good things about my stay!'

'Place was nice and clean. Kitchen access was important due to dietary restrictions and home was good for what we needed. Parking situation was a little confusing as we had two vehicles during our stay. Weather was cool so window AC was sufficient.'

'We stayed for a week with our small dog and this place was wonderful. Our adult sons were very happy to find the extra bed in the alcove so they didn't have to share a room. The amenities were top notch, including very comfortable beds, an excellently stocked kitchen, great beach chairs, and even heated toilet seats. The owner was very responsive and helpful when needed. Highly recommend this lovely home with it's modern upgrades.'

'This location was nearby the sea and the famous Boardwalk. Our family of 6 with 4 teenagers enjoyed the house and it was nice to sit and have dinner on the balcony in the front or at the backside of the house. The house was well equiped and there was a Washing machine and dryer available. We had a wondeful time and would definitely recommend staying at this house in Santa Cruz. '

The area is very quiet, just how we like it. The owner accepted our senior cat (20 years old) into the home with us. We are thankful. 'The house is lovely. Every room is beautiful and inviting. It combines antique charm with modern conveniences such as an updated bathroom with shower, plenty of hot water, lots of electrical outlets, good lighting and great climate control. There is a big kitchen and huge dining room table. You can imagine the whole family gathered around for dinner. The outdoor space is likewise inviting and the ocean just a short walk away.
