'I did like the location of this hotel. it was right downtown Hamilton. Very near the Jackson Square mall. And it has a (expensive) parking garage. And some of the staff where very nice,polite and helpfull. But that was about it in a positive way. Now for the downsides: They don't accept cash, till you say: I only have cash... A hotel is not a car rental. Hotels should accept cash. Period. There are only 2 elevators for 16 floors. Very long waiting time for the elevators. Imagine when 1 elevator...

'Hotel was great, nicely updated, probably one of the most comfortable hotel beds I've slept on. Area is a bit rough but very walkable. Connects to an indoor mall. The person who checked us in was very sweet, asked about our day etc... Nice breakfast however we did find ants on the pastries. Thank you!'
