the hotel is more than worth all its stars. But the real stars are all the staff who make the stay as pleasant as possible. The room is made clean and tidy every day. The reception is staffed with enthusiastic people who are always ready to help or advise you. The breakfast is extensive and your every need is catered for. Everyone is attentive and takes the time for you. I had some special requests due to a birthday and the "script" was followed and executed in detail. My compliments!. We would...

Mooi hotel, met vriendelijk én zeer behulpzaam personeel. En lekker ontbijt. Alles goed. Geen minpunten

Prima hotel, aardig personeel.

Heerlijk geslapen, goeie airco. Ontbijt was ruim voldoende. Hotel is keurig netjes onderhouden.

Enjoyed our stay in this hotel near Piazzale Roma very much. Quiet neighbourhood with easy acces to all the sites of Venitia. Nice staff, clean and comfortable room, good breakfast.

Super mooi, schoon hotel.

Lovely atmosphere, great hospitality from all of the staff members. Bedrooms and beds are very comfortable. Bathroom facilities are superior, rain shower and even a bidet are available. General dining room has a lot of paintings (fresco's) on the walls going over in the ceiling, you can't keep your eyes of them and discover every time new figures e.g. Even several private dining rooms, in different sizes, are available for Family, friends or business groups. Nice terras and garden.

Gunstige ligging. Mooie hotelkamer. Vriendelijk, behulpzaam personeel.

Excellent stay over four nights. We booked on a whim during high season so we got a small room on the 4th floor. Very friendly and professional staff. Decent breakfast options. Only complaint was the very firm matress. We would recommend this hotel to anyone.
