'This is a very nice home in the heart of Cannaregio, Venice. Rialto Bridge, St. Mark's Square, Restaurants, Super market and shopping are all very close by. We enjoyed our stay at this home and would certainly recommend it to other. A couple of things to keep in mind. This home is on the second floor, so if you have luggage, you will have to carry it up 2 floors. The address to the home is a bit confusing and we had a little bit of trouble getting to the home. We took a taxi from the airport...

'Adriano met us at the water bus stop and walked us to the apartment. He was very helpful! He showed us on a map where places to visit are, in comparison to where the apartment is. He also showed us a spot to go to when the crowds got to be a little much.The location of the apartment is excellent because it is in an out-of-the-way spot, but still close to good eateries, some shopping and walking distance to most places.The communication with Maria was excellent! 'I stayed in Venice for 2 weeks, part of the time with adult friends and part with family including a 10 year old. Everyone loved and enjoyed the location and the apartment, including the beautiful balcony shaded by the arms and leaves of a 100 year old grape vine growing up from the property next door. There is one flight of stairs from the front door to the floor with the bedrooms and another flight to the living room, kitchen and balcony We had three to four people living there at a time...
