'Great location with a very nice remodel of an old home. Kitchen and bedrooms are very nice. Back yard is a great outdoor gathering place, even though it was too cold for that during our stay. People with mobility issues should be aware there are some step downs, as this is one of the older original houses (I used to walk by this house in the early '60's, and it wasn't a new house then.). The host was quick to respond to my questions. We had a great stay and I would stay here again!'

The living area with fire place was a wonderful space to hang out in. The kitchen was fully equipped for cooking and dining. We loved the house, particularly the arrangements of books in most rooms to spark conversation and introduce new authors. Easy to walk to Nevada City and the neighborhood was quiet and fun to walk through. Highly recommend.'
