'Ideale ligging, veel op loop afstand. Makkelijk bereikbaar vanuit union station via de Skywalk loop je zo naar het hotel. Alles netjes, schoon en badkamer en bed waren top. 1 nadeel geluidsoverlast vanaf het treinspoor wat direct achter het hotel loopt, maar af wat wil je in een grote stad. '

'We originally booked a superior King Suite. Prior to our arrival we were upgraded to the Penthouse suite. This was a pleasant surprise. While the gesture was appreciated, the suite we were given was two floors with the bedroom and bathroom upstairs. We stayed for two nights and after the first night the stairs became more of a nuisance than a bonus as they were steep steps and a little slippery. We would have preferred one floor in the end. As we were not asked and just given this room...
