'Great location. Flat has everything you need. The host was absolutely wonderful! She took us on a day trip to several treasures of places and her communication from booking through departure was over the top. We had a medical emergency during our stay and she came to the hospital to help out with language and comfort. Wish I could have given 10 stars instead of 5. Highly recommend this property. '

'We had a wonderful stay and time in Santa Marinella before boarding our cruise out Port of Civitavecchia. Giulio and his wife, Luciana, were great host. Very kind, gracious and thoughtful. The ocean view and restaurants were within a short distance away from the property. The only thing I would recommend is reaching out to Giulio for a taxi service contact if you will be traveling by train. The train station is 2.7 km from the B&B.'

'Beautiful apt in safe neighborhood! Owners were so wonderful! Our train got in late Sunday night and no taxis available. They picked us up and even helped with luggage!! Wonderful experience!'

'We used this VRBO as a home base prior to departing for a cruise from the port. The location was so convenient and the space had all the essentials. The building will feel old once you get inside, but the apartment itself has definitely been renovated and feels modern/comfortable. The only recommendation I have would be to add a suction cup soap holder or shower shelf of some sort. Overall I recommend if you’re cruising for convenience and comfort!P.S. if you’re looking for a nice spot to grab...

'Giovani was an excellent host! He was always reachable and helped us quite a bit while we were there. The area was close to excellent places to eat and an outdoor market where we scored quite a few bargains! The terrace (not mentioned in the listing) was great and we really felt like we were in Italy sitting out there to enjoy our morning espresso. The apt was in an old building but well maintained.'

'I had a great stay at this apartment in Civitavecchia. Fabio was an incredibly welcoming and attentive host—he made check-in smooth and offered great local tips. "We stayed 2 days in the room nr 30. The receptionist refused to give us an expedia VIP upgrade, even there were still rooms available for booking. The room we got was next to a room used for washing and storage of dishes and pans The restaurant was open for breakfast only, still the staff didn’t care to do their duties between 22.00 and 24.00 at night. We called the reception to complain about the situation and requested a different room but our request was rejected and problem not resolved. When we talked to the kitchen staff, we’ve got a very rude response that we can call the police if we want because they will continue as long as they want. In the bathroom we had only hand shower, the other part was broken. Overall, a very disappointing experience. "
