✅ No Pets Allowed – Unfortunately, pets are not permitted on the property.

Check-in & Check-out
✅ Check-in: After 3:00 PM (self-check-in details will be provided).
✅ Check-out: By 10:00 AM (please ensure all personal items are taken, and trash is disposed of in the bins provided).

Kitchen & Dining
✅ Feel free to use the stone kitchen and walk-in pantry, but please clean up after yourself.
✅ No strong-smelling foods (e.g., durian, fish sauce) to keep the home fresh for future guests.

Bedrooms & Sleeping Arrangements
✅ The home is set up with 3 queen-size beds, 1 double-size bed, and a sofa bed in the rumpus room. Please use only the designated bedding.
✅ If using the baby cot, please bring your own baby bedding for hygiene reasons.

Outdoor & Parking
✅ Two side-by-side garage spaces are available for guest use. Street parking is not guaranteed.
✅ Outdoor dining is allowed, but please cover the furniture when not in use and clean up after meals.
✅ Please lock doors and windows when leaving the house.
