'My family and I stayed with this host during the 2024 solar eclipse (which happened to be my daughter’s birthday)! We had an absolutely fantastic day. My daughters and their cousins loved going to the barn and visiting the animals – especially the barn cats! The hosts have really thought of everything. Traveling with a five year-old and a two year-old is never easy, but all the thoughtful family touches some much needed help during our trip. Thank you again, we would 100% recommend this property...

The “Nest” is CLEAN, well appointed and full of thoughtful amenities—kitchen fully stocked with everything you need. 'We loved our stay at this rental. We were in town for a college visit at St.Boneventure and this was a quick 30 min drive for us. Cozy home that was clean, and easy to access. The shower and bathroom set up for a tiny house was beautiful. Only suggestion would be the TV set up is a little small and awkward and I feel there is room for a larger bed in the loft area. Was just a little to small for 2 people.'

All amenities were in working order and the house was stocked with everything you needed. The deck area is situated to host a large group comfortably and all furniture is modern and comfortable. 'We stayed here mostly to see the eclipse. Unfortunately Mother Nature did not cooperate. Property is well maintained and has all the basic needs. Pool, sauna, hot tub and jacuzzis were appreciated after days spent at Niagara Falls and Letchworth park. House layout is a little quirky, but no big deal. Trail ride at the horse farm was very enjoyable.'

'Coming from the busy city life this house offered us the perfect place to relax, listen to the birds, and watch the stars. We were able to visit Letchworth State Park (40 minutes), Town of Cuba (15 minutes), Buffalo (1 hour and a half), and Niagara Falls (2 hours). The house had everything we needed and it was very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed our stay very much and we certainly will go back if we are traveling in that area.'

'We came for the 2024 eclipse and it was great! The lake was really nice to walk around, Niagara Falls was less than an hour away and the back deck and firepit made watching the eclipse easy and relaxing. The kitchen was easy to use and the beds were comfy, a great place to stay!'

'Every year we plan a trip to Ellicottville to get a few days of skiing in. This year we had a mixed group of families with kids ranging from 15 to 6. This house had the perfect set up with lots of sleeping options, common space, and plenty of fun for the kids between the games, PS3, pool table, pac man arcade, and campfire.
