This charming studio is located in the old town and is just a few minutes from the city center. It features a beautiful terrace that promises unforgettable views and a memorable stay. Ideally situated just five minutes' walk from the Croisette with its stunning beaches, the Palais des Festivals, and the liveliest streets of Cannes. Restaurants, cafés, and shops are all nearby, offering all the comfort you need to fully enjoy the city with ease.
You will have access to the entire apartment, and all equipment is at your disposal, unless otherwise specified on site.

Check-ins are guaranteed from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM. Check-outs are until 11:00 AM at the latest.
After 8:00 PM, check-ins are subject to validation, except during conference periods and in the summer.
Guests can choose between a physical check-in and a self-check-in and are requested to communicate their preference in advance.
In the case of a physical check-in, a person will be present on-site. Please note that physical check-in after 8:00 PM incurs an additional fee of €50, payable in cash upon arrival, except during conference periods and in the summer.
For self-check-in, a key box is available.

• Smoking and vaping are prohibited inside the accommodation.

A copy of your ID may be requested prior to your arrival.

We kindly ask you to respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 8:00 AM.
