'We had a great time on our state tournament weekend. The house was beautiful! 4 couples shared it and there was plenty of space for everyone. The layout is fantastic. Even when cooking breakfast and dinner several of us were in the kitchen at once and we were not in each other's way. The view is gorgeous and we had fun fishing at the dock. Definitely would recommend this house for a getaway with a bigger family or a few friends.'

'Came to the area to see the solar eclipse, and decided to stay at this property on Cedar Creek Lake. The house was a perfect fit for the four of us adults and two small dogs. The big back porch has an amazing lake view, and the location—only an hour from Dallas—enabled us to enjoy lake life and go into town when we wanted to. The house was clean and comfortable, and the host made sure our experience was memorable. A great stay!'

'This is a modular home right on the water. The home was very spacious. We loved having the fenced in yard and dock. The beds were very comfortable and there was soap and toilet paper. The kitchen was really big and there was a small extra fridge. Being on the lake there is a lot of bugs. Bring bug spray and candles. Also, the steps are very slippery when it is raining. My husband slipped down them letting the dog out one morning. The neighborhood is full of stray dogs and run down but once you...

'The property was very cute and comfortable. However, the Vrbo listing indicated 3 bedrooms and 2 baths. We only located 2 bedrooms and 1 bath, which was an occasional issue for 4 women over 50. Directions to the property were excellent, and we greatly enjoyed our stay. The cake was delicious!'

'The place was spotless and the side yard is great for fur babies. The neighborhood is a bit rough, but once you are at the rental is is amazing. The lake is so peaceful. The porch was where I relaxed with morning coffee and evening sunsets. Stayed the week of the eclipse and was able to observe totality from the backyard. The fire pit is really nice and we made some great s'mores ♥️'

'The homes were just as described. Plenty of room for each family. Stocked with so many games. We used the fire pits, kayaks, and volleyball court daily. Kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. Beds were comfy. Plenty of towels for everyone. So many amenities! We brought our dog. She is very laid back. There is a large friendly dog across the street that wonders over occasionally for belly rubs. She greeted us upon arrival. If you have a dog that doesn’t like other dogs, keep an eye out....

'The view from the home overseeing the lake was beautiful at anytime of day. The beds were very comfortable. There is a full restroom on each floor which is very convenient. The patio is big and has a big table to sit and have dinner or play boardgames with your family while enjoying the sound of the water. The firepit in backyard was perfect to make smores with the kiddos. We really enjoyed our stay.'
