'Carpet was torn up and so used it was no longer carpet. Inside of my room had water streaks down all the walls from what I assume was a flood. They allow dogs which is fine but the ones next to me barked all night which made things uncomfortable. The TV worked but would not show what the guide said and I could not get it to function other then basic cable channels. The outside was dirty and honestly might be the most run down one in the country. I get elpaso is run down but have some standards'

'Front desk staff was nice and helpful, how ever when I got to my room there was a mess all over the floors and the sink was not draining, floor looked like it was never mopped or swept in a couple of days!!! We were so tired that we didn’t notice until the morning of check out ! And chair was broken'

I found crumbs from food in a few visible areas that would have been easy to spot if someone had actually been cleaning it. 'Just needed a room for 1 night so decided to risk the situation here, Regretted it from the moment I walked in. I paid extra for the king suite, I understand it's not a high end luxory hotel but gosh damn. I walked in and the room smelled strongly of chemicals.
