'The staff is great and the location was perfect for its proximity to Lackland AFB. However the elevator was constantly OOC and the breakfast was meager and did not open until 530am but their staff told us that we should leave the hotel no later than 540am to make our son's graduation from BMT. The facility is tired and the room very average. The air conditioning controls were unavailable and we froze to the point we had to request additional bedding. If not for its location I would not recommend...

'In the Texas Heat the A/C working properly and cooling efficiently is a must. The A/C I. The room was not cooling and made for an uncomfortable stay'

'We enjoyed our stay at this Holiday Inn. It's located in a convienent area off the highway. The rooms were what you'd expect from a Holiday Inn, clean and comfortable. There is a little wear, mainly in the bathroom, but nothing bad. The Grill serves a good breakfast and dinner that are definitely worth trying. Both indoor and outdoor pools were clean. They provided towels on site. Finally, the complimentary shuttle to Seaworld was very nice.'
