'Check in took forever.
Outside steps to the room had wet moss on them and felt slippery and unsafe in places.
Internet captive page had unmatching security certificate (both Nord VPN and Bitdefender issued threat warnings.
I was only able to log in and get internet with a French mobile phone number which I do not have.
The telephone in the room did not work.
The insider anti-draft door did not close properly.
The room were noisy - I could hear the conversations nextdoor.
No acknowledgement...

'Location is very convenient, near train station and city center. Wifi network was questionable. I was on the 5th floor and I barely had a connection to the network.

'The hotel was just across the road from Maitabu railway station which was exactly as we had hoped for as we travelled further on to Montpellier. The room was very spacious, bed very comfortable, and the bathroom was very nice, with a shower above the bath. The receptionists couldn't have been any more helpful, spoke good English, which helped enormously. Just outside the hotel is a nice shop with a good selection to choose from, and is open late into the evening. All in all, a great choice to...

'Great modern apartment hotel which is well placed for a city trip (access via metro or two bridges means it takes 10mins max to the 'old town' of Toulouse).
Room wasn't quite ready yet when we arrived (rooms are advertised as available from 3pm) but the lounge area made it a pleasant wait. Would recommend this place for those looking to travel with kids or those would want a little more space and the option to cook (all apartments have a kitchen). '

'Super ontbijt! Heel vriendelijk personeel. Helaas te warm bij het zwembad en ook druk. Kamer basic maar in orde. Er was de eerste nacht veel lawai van machines en koelwagen, denk dat raam niet goed afsloot ook, gelukkig volgende nacht stiller.'
