'Check in took forever. Outside steps to the room had wet moss on them and felt slippery and unsafe in places. Internet captive page had unmatching security certificate (both Nord VPN and Bitdefender issued threat warnings. I was only able to log in and get internet with a French mobile phone number which I do not have. The telephone in the room did not work. The insider anti-draft door did not close properly. The room were noisy - I could hear the conversations nextdoor. No acknowledgement...
