Thie house is beautiful and the host is very responsive. Cookware is in great condition and the pool and hot tub are gorgeous. Air conditioning works very well and we were always comfortable. Thermostat on second floor kept our family cool at night. We enjoyed riding the neighborhood using e-bikes we rented, but there are several bicycles in like new condition. If you are looking for clean and comfortable vacation rental, this one is perfect for you.

Amazing house with perfect location to many areas of night life and shopping. Decor was beautiful, home had open floor plan and large screened in patio pool area. Kitchen well appointed We will look to rent this home again in the near future.

When we arrived the internet did not work which in turn meant no TV and the thermostat upstairs did not work. Temps in the 80's/mid 70's made the upstairs a furnace/sauna very humid - baked out of sleep. When the internet finally did get restored on TUESDAY, the upstairs thermostat still never worked. During the night, the downstairs thermostat would automatically switch to 75 and 80 degrees. Attempted asks to remedy this one went unanswered so again, loss of sleep. No offer was made of sorry for the problems if you need to find a different place, we will refund you. We were stuck. Multiple lights were burned out or did not work at all including the front porch light on a dark street. The ice machine was very sluggish and we had to purchase ice bags just to have ice. The water pressure is low in the kitchen. We were told that the fireplace outside had a brand new propane tank and it ran out about the middle of the week we cooked hamburgers and chicken on the grill and that propane tank also went out. We had to fill them up. When the power finally came back on, the host said, Great news, would you stay extra for the troubles? We could not stay and I asked for a partial refund. Multiple requests for a refund were ignored. I managed at one time 17 condos/houses in Alabama from my northern state and I had contacts who I could call to go work on issues for my renters. The owner texted I'm in my home state. Nothing I can do. Unfortunate.
