The space
Located in a peaceful neighborhood, this space offers the perfect combination of privacy and convenience, with easy access to nearby shops, restaurants, and attractions.

The spacious and modern living area features high ceilings and an open floor plan, providing a spacious and airy feel. It's the perfect place to unwind with your loved ones after a day of exploring. The fully-equipped kitchen is a chef's dream, with state-of-the-art appliances, including a gas stove, dishwasher, and refrigerator, and everything you need to prepare delicious meals.

Each of the bedrooms is fitted with comfortable beds and high-quality linens, ensuring a great night's sleep. The master bedroom features a king-size bed and an en-suite bathroom with a walk-in shower. The master also has a walk-in closet with plenty of open storage space to unpack your bag, an iron/ironing board, and a box fan for that ambient sound. There is also a ceiling fan in the master, and a TV with Roku remote just like in the living room.

The second bedroom is furnished with a comfy queen-size bed and TV. The third room has two twin-size beds and a crib. These two bedrooms share a spacious bathroom with a bathtub.

Outside, you'll find the partially shaded patio area, perfect for enjoying a morning coffee or a glass of wine in the evening, no matter the weather. The outdoor dining area is complete with a 3-burner grill (positioned outside of the screening) and seating for six, making it the ideal spot for al fresco dining.

If you're looking for some fun in the sun, you'll love the sparkling pool and hot tub, ideal for a refreshing dip or a relaxing soak. The pool is heated to 88 degrees at no additional cost! The pump runs for 8 hours during the peak of the day. Our favorite is alternating between soaking up the sun on the new chaise lounges and quick dips in the pool to cool off.

The backyard is fully fenced in with mature plants on all three sides creating a lovely sense of privacy. We have also provided your beach day essentials - 4 folding chairs, a sun umbrella, and plenty of towels.

Work from home - away from home!! The kitchen island is where some of our greatest work is produced. But if you want something more, we can set up our custom-built desk on wheels on request prior to your arrival. It has a standard executive's computer chair, two monitors, a keyboard/mouse, webcam, and ring light! It can be placed in the dining area or in the twin bedroom. There is an additional refundable deposit required for this, and you may need your own monitor adapters for your computer. Let us know if you would like this setup at least 5 days prior to your arrival.
