'The house was very nice and clean. The neighborhood was very clean and nice and the neighbor who lives there permanently was super nice! We loved the king bedroom because it is so cold! We slept like babies! The front bedroom stays pretty warm, might want to bring a fan if you need it cold. The living room was clean and spacious with nice furniture and the kitchen had everything we needed! We always bring our own beach stuff but they did have several chairs and an umbrella! I will suggest...

'This was our 1st visit to The Cape. I would HIGHLY recommend our host. She made everything super easy and communication was fast and excellent. Location was very convenient to the water and dining. You dont have to worry a out a good nights sleep as the host has spared no expense on excellent mattresses in all of the rooms.'
