'Lovely hosts, clean rooms albeit somewhat older. Good shower. Okay wifi. Some maintenance issues; for example the wall socket pulled out of the wall by the bed. And one chair in our room was ancient. Otherwise a quite well located, totally fine place to stay. We'd stay again if passing that way without hesitation.'

'Stayed here for a concert at Tanglewood. It was by far the cheapest option. It’s not the Four Seasons. It’s a clean bed to sleep in for the night. Don’t expect nice looking decor or amenities. The guy running the place was very nice and friendly. Drive to Tanglewood was easy and we left an hour before the concert start date and took only 25 mins with the concert traffic. 'There were mouse droppings in one bed. Dirt and stains on another. Had we not paid $500 for the two rooms, we would have left. As it was, we slept on towels. Noone to mention this too, or ask for a refund. There was no one when we arrived at 5pm- just our keys taped to the door, and no one when we left. Totally insecure check in and out. 'Don't bother picking whether you want a non-smoking room or not, they'll just give you whatever room they have open at the time and tell you to deal with it and they will switch you another room when it's open. Rooms reeked of cigarette smoke, they said if the customers smoke in the non-smoking rooms, they can't do anything about it? 'First, they overcharged me and the office was locked at 7:10am. There were 2 towels in the bathroom, no wash clothes nor hand towels. Both the toilet paper roller and towel rack were broken. Entry to the room required a physical key, so I had to remember to lock the door once inside. Unfortunately, that key would not provide access to the breakfast lounge. I would never choose to stay there in the future.'

'We were attending a wedding nearby and needed an affordable, clean room for the night. We also wanted to have a continental breakfast and coffee in the room. The Cozy Corner checked all the boxes. The staff was very pleasant and helpful. Should a similar need arise for us we would not hesitate to stay there again.'
