'The room is old with very little amenities. No elevator many stairs. The stairs are not your things stay away. Steve was not very accommodating. You had to beg for drinks and bed for towels. I’d only recommend it for a very short day.'

'All services were great with the exception of being able to reach housekeeping from 8am-12pm. This is a great location if you plan on staying in old San Juan which is near the beaches, La placita, great restaurant, and much more. Staff were also great, friendly, and helpful.'
