'Overall it is a nice place and convenient for local travel. I really think the $40 per person per day resort fee is outrageous. A lot of the place is privately owned or under construction. Your resort fee gets you towels and a chair at the beach, access to a small water park. A shuttle and WiFi. It would be more honest to raise the daily rate and drop the fee. One timer for us and can’t recommend it to others. '

'House was clean and comfortable but fairly outdated. This is the fifth or sixth property we’ve stayed at in the village over the years. Acceptable property but not our favorite. Close to the beach, and close to the Andy Rosse stuff, but could definitely use some capital improvement dollars to get it into this century. Bathrooms and kitchen need to be upgraded.
