'perfect to stay'

'I was able to extend my room stay for a couple of hrs more, for a small fee. The Continental bkfst is adequate. I have used Laquinta many times now. And this is my favorite place to lodge while on short business or personal stays!!!'

'The bed wasn't bad but could be better. The bath was very good. But the carpet didn't look clean. We were checked in to our room 220 while cleaners were still busy cleaning it. Even though we offered to remain outside while they finished the work the Spanish ladies who did not speak or understand English just packed their stuff and left. I used Google translate to say we would give them time to finish up, they simply signed that they were done and left. The roo. Was smelling! The breakfast was...

'Nice, cosy hotel, friendly service! Affordable (in comparison to the expensive neighbourhoud). Breakfast was very basic (no seating, only bagels), shared bathrooms and the bed was a bit uncomfortable.'

'The staff were friendly and the lobby layout was very nice for my personal needs of having a small family gathering. However, the building seemed to require a bit of upkeep from the outside and there were glasses still on the table in the lobby which had been there since the night before. I had guests on Friday evening and the carpet needed a vacuuming unless they do it in the morning. The staff was very friendly and accommodating but some TLC was needed.'

'Super friendly staff! Cozy B&B feel. Great location, walk to town or train station! LIRR and Pines super convenient. Amazing authentic chef made-to-order breakfast!! (And fresh artisanal continental breakfast included). Awesome and cozy speakeasy-style lounge, with special entertainment nights (check in advance). Perfect for short or longer stays. And great as a gateway to Fire Island Pines and Cherry Grove (5 mins to ferry! shuttle-style service avail). Huge clean room. Washer dryer....

'Stayed here 5nights while visiting family living nearby. Good size king room, very clean and fantastic staff. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet are great! Housekeeping is awesome. On site laundry on 3rd floor is handy and area was also clean. It’s run remotely by an app you can download to your smartphone. We’d definitely stay here again.'

'They give us a room with people inside.. the front desk is not helpful at all her name is Cindy.. She said that she didn't know room still occupied unbelievable!!! Cannot trust them . Giving keys to the room that still occupied with other guests. I asked for the manager and unfortunately manager is off weekends 😒 . (That's why she is not paying attention with guest 🙄) .'
