'The room and bath were very clean. Very nice room with home-like amenities. Had an issue with guests in room above us jumping and making a lot of loud noises. We complained and management took care of it immediately. Complementary breakfast was the usual but nicely done--something for everyone.'

'The room was very clean, but there is no actual closet it’s a makeshift area with a curtain you pull. Also, there is no safe. Breakfast was good and there was plenty of parking.'

'I asked for a room "refresh" twice (2 separate days) and never received it. Had to call the front desk a third time to get clean towels. There was also alot of dog poop all over the grass near the parking lot.'

'Just really slept in the hotel. I don’t like the bathroom personal products as the smell isn’t good for me. Thank goodness I packed my own personal products. The temperature was also warm in the room but my window did open which really helped out! Bed was comfy and the tv worked. '

'Overall disappointed with the level of customer service I received. At times, I was made to feel that I was being a bother. I was told that breakfast was included in my stay when booking only to be told that information was incorrect at the hotel. We were a party of 5 and were in town for a party. Didn’t see housekeeping until the last night we were there. '
