'We normally stay at another nearby hotel, but the Hyatt offered a competitive price and we were very pleased with the hotel, staff and our room. In the future, I will be booking the Hyatt should room pricing remain competitive'

'Overall average to below average for the price. Pool was smaller than guessed from the photo with a dirty flour. NO LAUNDRY ROOM was a deal breaker. Breakfast got good reviews online but it was very average continental with small sitting area. Staff was average. Nothing was impressive and some things were unimpressive.'

'Stayed here 5nights while visiting family living nearby. Good size king room, very clean and fantastic staff. The ladies who run the breakfast buffet are great! Housekeeping is awesome. On site laundry on 3rd floor is handy and area was also clean. It’s run remotely by an app you can download to your smartphone. We’d definitely stay here again.'

'Place is a dump but clean. I paid a lot of money because everything else was booked. It is the kind of place you meet a lady of the night. Guys were dinking beer outside at 1AM There was a cop sitting in the parking lot at 7am. To get key had to go into a plexiglass room that says “ only one person allowed at at time for “privacy “” BUT the room was clean, looked clean and smelled clean. Literally every other hotel on Long Island was booked Don’t stay here unless you have to'
