'The check in process was terrible. You must have a smart phone with What’s App and the hotels app loaded to enable them to communicate with you, send you links and registration documents to be filled in online before you can even enter the building. It was 34C outside and it took us over an hour to register, eventually having to walk 15 minutes to a sister hotel to pick up a key card. Would not recommend it at all.'

'the rooms were tidy but a bit of maintenance wouldn’t hurt. breakfast was okay but noting special'

'Sobre et efficace. Bonne adresse'

Mycket bra frukost'

'Nicely located big hotel. Good room.'

Breakfast was varied and enjoyable, though it can get crowded. Location-wise, it’s a 15–20 min walk to the old town, so not super central but manageable. That said, service consistency was disappointing. I had to wait five days for a linen change, despite using the hotel’s “coaster on the pillow” method. It finally worked on day six — for...

'Alles was echt goed verzorgd.
