Queremos destacar especialmente a Yenifer en recepción, y Ingrid Morla de ama de llave quien nos recibió con una sonrisa genuina, amabilidad y total disposición para ayudarnos. Fue muy profesional, rápida en el check-in y nos brindó toda la información que necesitábamos para disfrutar nuestra estadía al máximo.'

'The property is beautiful. My wife and I went to celebrate our 10th anniversary. There was a variety food to choose from, the shows were great, and the employees and visitors were friendly. Vendors on the beach were a little aggressive with selling things to you and there was a lot of sargassum on the beach, but overall a great time.'

'Stayed in the family room. 1 king size and bunk beds. Pretty big room. Chill hotel right across the street from isla verde beach. So many restaurants and stores walking distance. Would stay here again. '

'Het inchecken vergt slechts een minimum van administratie en is in 1-2-3 tellen geregeld. Alle etenswaren en alcoholische dranken zijn van top-kwaliteit. Bijv in het buffet restaurant kan kreeft, king-crab legs zoveel als je wilt gegeten worden. Aan de bar zijn top whiskeys en rum bij de prijs inbegrepen. De suite die we hadden, was ruim en voorzien van een jacuzzi en een jungle-douche, de mini-bar was goed gevuld met een ruime keuze van drankjes.'
