(Lic # BLRE1237172) Wakker worden en gaan slapen voor de bezienswaardigheden en geuren van de oceaan is echt een geweldige ervaring die u steeds opnieuw wilt doen. U kunt precies dat doen wanneer u verblijft in dit prachtige huis in Carlsbad. Dit fantastische ruimte werd gerenoveerd van vloer tot het plafond in april 2013. Vanuit de roestvrijstalen apparaten en met de hand geschraapt Europese eiken vloeren op de hi-def tv en designer meubels, alles was zorgvuldig gekozen om te zorgen voor maximaal comfort en stijl. Een full-size wasmachine en droger zijn op het terrein en beschikbaar voor gebruik. We hebben onlangs ook een Ms toegevoegd Pac-Man tafel-arcade-machine die zeker uren entertainment zal bieden. Je zult in voor de slaap een fantastische avond als alle drie slaapkamers zijn voorzien van kussen-top matrassen met fijne kwaliteit beddengoed en verduisterende tinten. De gastronomische keuken is gevuld met potten, pannen, kruiden, borden en bestek, zodat u verschillende maaltijden kunt bereiden.
Er is een supermarkt in de buurt, maar als u niet wilt koken, zijn er enkele ongelooflijke restaurants die zich op slechts een klein eindje rijden van uw voordeur bevinden. Een van Carlsbad's mooiste stranden is slechts een korte wandeling langs de weg, dus voel je vrij om een goed boek en een handdoek te pakken en ga naar het speciale cadeau.
Voor uw gemak bieden wij boogie boards, stoelen, koelers, speelgoed en nog veel meer, zodat u geen zorgen te maken over een ding. Handdoeken en badhanddoeken zijn ook aanwezig. Hoewel er genoeg zitplaatsen in het huis, buiten vindt u ook een groot terras met schommelstoelen en een picknicktafel waar u uw maaltijden kunt eten. Er is ook een werkende gashaard ring die u kunt genieten van zodra de zon onder gaat. Hebben we de onbelemmerd uitzicht op de oceaan genoemd.
Zo mooi als de huur is, zul je uitstappen en genieten van het gebied als u slechts enkele minuten van tal van activiteiten en uitgaansgelegenheden zijn. Tamarack State toegang tot het strand is een korte loopafstand, en op 15 minuten rijden brengt u naar LEGOLAND, San Diego Botanic Garden, Park Hyatt Aviara Golf Club, Rancho Carlsbad Golf Club, Hosp Grove Park, en Omni La Costa Resort & Spa. Op ongeveer een uur rijden vindt u Sea World, de renbaan van Del Mar, het safaripark in San Diego Zoo, casino's, Disneyland, Knott's Berry Farm en meer. Heeft u vragen? Spent a week here with our family & this was the perfect place for us. Great location with the beach in walking distance and a short bike ride to Carlsbad Village. Loved the morning on the patio with the cool ocean breeze and the view. The rental unit was very well equipped for everything we needed and the accommodations were modern, clean and comfortable. The bikes and beach equipment in the shed were also ideal for the week! Great communication with Kelly leading up to the week and during our stay as well.

We adored our stay here - we were here for a week and are already picking a week out next year to come back. We rented the bottom unit and it was perfect for a girls weekend. We had 4 adults and were more than comfortable. Everything was spotless, and the house had every thing we could ever have wanted/needed. We had zero issues with finding parking right in front of the house, even on weekends. The patio is incredible, we spent almost all of our time out there. We also love that the same renters have the upstairs unit and we’re hoping to bring more family next time and rent both units. Thank you so much for our incredible stay!

We were in the area to attend relatives 50th Wedding Anniversary Celebration and a Naval change of command ceremony for our nephew. Did not get to spend as much time in Carlsbad as we would have liked but it suited our needs perfectly.

Property is picture perfect, stylish decor, beautiful landscaping, magnificent view of Pacific, and easy walk to town. Only downside was the inhospitable weather, including a few atmospheric rivers.

Came for a wedding in San Marcos. Wanted to be near beach. Wonderful location, views, close to beach. Fun times with the arcade game as well. Very comfortable beds, very spacious. All in all would definitely recommend, and stay again.

This well located rental was on a quiet street with a lovely view. Walking to town or the beach was easy. The home is well stocked for guests, very clean, and thoughtfully furnished. There are many windows to open to catch the breeze, and we hardly used the a/c in July. With many fun things to do nearby, and such a comfortable space to come “home” to, we truly felt “in vacation mode.” The ceiling fan in the master bedroom was extremely quiet and super effective. We had a great stay, and we hope to be back.

The owners took great care to make this a comfortable retreat. The bed sizes were great and they were comfortable and had excellent sheets! The kitchen had everything we needed. the bathrooms even had shampoo, conditioner and body wash. The location was great too! excellent view and not too busy or noisy. We loved every minute we were there!

Friends were celebrating 60 and 70 year old birthdays. The house accommodated the 6 of us easily. The views are fabulous. The deck is large and fun for a group. The town of Carlsbad offers a lot. There are trails across from the house. The house was very clean, neat and beachy. We will certainly book again!

The house is just a block and up the hill from the beach with great views of the lagoon and ocean. If you're willing to jaywalk and head down a little bit of a steep section you can reach the beach in just a couple of minutes. If you prefer to stay on the sidewalk and cross at the crosswalk, more like five to ten. The unit itself is the lower floor of a duplex. The upper floor is available to rent separately. If you have upstairs neighbors for your stay (as we did), you can expect to hear their showers and toilets and footsteps, though it wasn't too loud. That unit presumably has better views, but this one has access to the large and well-equipped front yard and views that aren't shabby. You can also expect to hear the train (as you can expect to anywhere in Carlsbad), which isn't far away, but it didn't bother us. The large common area and the outdoor space are absolutely great. The unit was well equipped, though we were surprised to find only two coffee mugs in a place with three bedrooms. We enjoyed some fresh produce from the raised beds (cherry tomatoes and parsley) and from the grapefruit tree, after the host confirmed that guests are welcome to enjoy the produce. This was a nice touch. The outdoor shower and locking shed for storage in the back make this house a great option for someone who surfs/boogie boards/etc. They have bikes and boogie boards and various beach supplies (including a wheeled wagon for hauling stuff to and fro) available for your use as well. I feel a little silly saying this, but it took me a minute to figure out that the black panel on the door will light up as a touch-screen keypad which I needed to enter the code to get in. A mention of this in the entry instructions would have saved me a brief moment of panic as I tried to figure out how to get in late in the evening. We had an issue that the wifi wasn't working, but a text to the host got that resolved promptly. You can expect a steady stream of cars parking in front of the house while there is daylight. It is a popular spot for dog walkers, surfers, and beachgoers who want to avoid paying to park while they enjoy their activities. It also seems a popular spot for people who drive around for their work to take a break and enjoy the views while having a snack or a nap or a smoke while parked along the street.
