Welcome to Poppy Cottage, a fully remodeled 2,400 sq. ft. single-story coastal retreat designed for comfort and easy beach living. The home features central air conditioning, a chef's kitchen, and high-speed mesh Wi-Fi throughout. Sleeping arrangements include a spacious primary suite with a king bed, smart TV, and en-suite bathroom with double vanity and walk-in shower; a guest suite with a queen bed, smart TV, and en-suite bath (also accessible from the hallway); a bunk room with two twin-over-twin beds; and a fourth bedroom with a full bed and twin trundle. There are three full bathrooms in total, plus family-friendly amenities like a pack-and-play and highchair. Enjoy the private fenced backyard with cornhole, ping-pong, a gas grill, outdoor dining for six, fire pit seating, and an outdoor shower, as well as a front courtyard with orange trees and lawn bowling. Guests have access to the entire home except the garage and owner's closet. Additional amenities include a washer/dryer, beach chairs, and toys. Parking is available for up to three cars in the driveway, with additional street parking available on a first-come, first-served basis; please avoid parking in front of neighboring homes. Note: Children must be supervised when using the loft with the spiral staircase. This is a no-smoking property (no smoking or vaping allowed indoors or outdoors). Quiet hours are 10 PM to 7 AM. Fines will apply for noise violations, smoking (including vaping), and over-occupancy.
