Stunning Beach Oasis w/ Hot Tub

Summary:

About a block from the beach, you will find this hidden oasis. A relaxing retreat offering well-appointed decor, a hot tub, sprawling backyard, BBQ, and so much more. Inside, you'll find everything you need to make yourself right at home, including a workstation, high-speed wifi, travel essentials and plenty of beach gear. It sleeps a total of 9 people with 1 king, 2 queen, and 2 twin mattresses plus a queen sleeper sofa. Enjoy delicious kumquats and loquats fresh from the backyard while in season!



The Space:

Inside the main house, there are three bedrooms. The primary has a king size bed. The middle bedroom has a queen size bed. And the right bedroom has a queen size bed with an ensuite bathroom. The master and middle bedrooms share a bathroom. There is also a half bathroom between the living room and middle bedroom. The couch in the living room can pull out into a queen size bed. Last, but not least, there is a separate building with a trundle bed with two twin mattresses.



Guest Access:

Guests may use the two parking spaces directly in front of the house, the entire backyard, and the entire house.



Other Things to Note:

This property is professionally cleaned, landscaped, and treated for pests. The hot tub is cleaned every Monday, Wednesday and Fridays. If you ever need pest control to come out, let us know.



There is a 1 bedroom unit attached to the same building as the main house, but with a completely separate entrance and yard, which is rented to a long term tenant.



A noise sensor is installed in the unit. Our insurance policy requires that guests sign a rental agreement prior to check in. We will send the rental agreement to you through the Airbnb app as soon as you book with us. It covers the terms of the accommodation as well as agreement and release of claims for use of devices such as hot tubs, bikes, surfboards, boogie boards, standup paddle boards, fire pits, and/or BBQs, if applicable.



Please be advised that there are two cameras on the premises, both of which are located outside. One is near the front door facing the gate. The other is by the guest house facing the hot tub.



*Late check-out requests must be submitted and approved at least 24 hours prior to checkout date and time.

*To ensure that our cleaners start on time, unauthorized late check-outs may incur a $250 fee, as our cleaners charge us for delays.



There is construction happening at a property two doors down from this property.
