Arrived to farm fresh eggs and muffins. 'We loved the week we spent at your house! The house was very fresh and clean. It was super comfortable. The host provided wonderful towels, clean beds, everything we needed for the kitchen, and even a few basic food staples like salt and pepper. Surprising to us, there was a bed in the fourth bedroom, too. Plenty of room for everyone! Also, the neighborhood was lovely--quiet and peaceful.'

'Traveling from Utah to Texas for the 2024 Eclipse, we stayed at this lovely rental in Carlsbad. We immensely enjoyed Carlsbad Caverns and took a jaunt into the Guadalupe Mountains as well. The home had what we needed, the neighborhood was quiet, and the house itself is beautiful and comfortable.'

'If you are looking to visit the National Park and other things in the area this was a great house and location. It is the desert so nothing is close, but this was centrally located for everything we did. And, we loved that it was an older home.'

It allowed the kids space to spread out and relax after a long drive to Carlsbad, as well as after some long days visiting both Carlsbad Caverns and Guadalupe Mtns NPs. 'Convenient location to Carlsbad Caverns. Lots of rooms and beds. Overall vey clean and comfortable but one of our party thought his sheets had an odor. TV in every room with lots of channels on Roku. Would certainly stay again.'
