'The property did have most of the things that we required, even though it was a bit basic, in my opinion it could have been a bit more cosy and comfortable. The property was not as clean as it possibly should have been (considering we received a email requesting that we leave it 'clean and tidy, as we found it', but the cobwebs had been there for a while. With that said, we still had a good stay and enjoyed our visit, be aware that it is a little remote.'

'My wife, I, and our cavvie had a great stay in Gorlech Cottage - plenty big enough for the 3 of us, a fully enclosed patio/mini-lawn area the hound can be let outside into without constant supervision and a very nice pub just down the road in Brechfa. Would very much use again if/when we go back to the area!'

'Lovely cottage. Clean but not quite spotless. Beds really comfy. Had bottle of wine, crisps & chocolate left for us which was nice touch. Parking is at the start of the lane but we were able to reverse car down to unload & load. Good location. Walking distance to local beach. Thoroughly enjoyed our stay.'

Nicki is een vriendelijke en behulpzame vrouw, ze gaf veel tips. Er is heel veel informatie te vinden wat je er kan doen in de omgeving. Het huisje is rolstoeltoegankelijk, maar wanneer je volledig rolstoelafhankelijk bent dan is het ondanks de mooie plek misschien toch minder geschikt. De douche heeft een opstap en er is geen douchestoel of plastic...

'Amazing trip at the Sleeping Giant Hotel which is attached to the Pen y cae inn.. We arrived and was greeted by Lee and Claire, they went above and beyond to get us into our room 3 hours before checkin time.. the hotel is clean, modern with no expense spared.. the pub which is attached to the hotel has a lovely restaurant, the food was great and good value for money.. we ended up extending our stay by a extra night as we enjoyed it here that much! If you want a great stay with a good pub next...
