'Fabulous long weekend, this is the pefect location with everything close at hand. Surprisingly easy to find, very well equipped cottage with its own charm. Very clean, whilst quite basic in some respects, every need is anticipated and a lovely homely feel. We slept so well here. Welsh cakes and fruitcake left as a much appreciated welcome. CK Foodstores is a large local shop 6 mins away for everything we needed to easily stock up as well as some farm shops locally we drove past for added local...

Gary was great with all information on arrival lovely touch to have it all face to face & his recommendation was great. he recommended a place for food & our meals there for the whole family didn’t disappoint. Great place to stay for Chester zoo with only a 15 minute drive which was great after a full day spent there. Xx '

'Great value and great Comms and information from host. It isn't luxury accommodation, but is priced accordingly. The host was brilliant with communication answering questions before and during our stay. Always quick to reply, and helped resolve one little niggle during our stay. The property itself isn't modern, but clean bedding and comfortable beds,3 bedrooms for the price we paid is brilliant. Reminds me of old fashioned British holiday breaks as a child! We all slept well. A great value...

'Beautiful and large private area! Rural location with lots of grass, trees and the stream. The private area is fully fenced. The house is completely separated from the farm by a forest edge, the stream and fences. Sheep and cows graze peacefully outside the fences. If necessary, there is a quick and pleasant contact with Mrs Ruth or the farmer. The area is truly beautiful, it offers the opportunity to walk/hike in the south and north of Snowdonia. Snowdon mountain is a 75 minutes ride by car....

'Lovely, well maintained and comfortable property in a quiet village giving us the full “country” experience. Relaxing in the hot tub on mornings and evenings with views of the valley was amazing. Good quality beds and bedding in all rooms made for a relaxing visit with everyone in the family enjoying a good nights sleep each night. Good pubs and food available in nearby villages within short (20 min) drives. Lots of interesting places to visit in local area. Would visit again in the future. '
