'Booked a 3 bed flat and was charged for a 3 bed flat. Instead of getting what we had booked we had to move every night from a 2 bed flat to a studio flat and back to another 2 bed flat (there was 4 of us). Instead of offering an compensation they just said that it was my fault.'

'The apartment was very easy to find and in a great location, minutes away from the prom and beach and minutes away from the main shopping area. It was spotlessly clean and the kitchen was very well stocked with all the equipment you could possibly need on holiday. The bedrooms were spacious and the beds very comfortable and spacious. We met the cleaners who were working on the next apartment and they were so friendly and helpful giving local information. We will definately return.'

'Perfect location only steps from everything. Parking can be tricky but in four nights we managed to find a spot without too much trouble, just expect to park several blocks away for an unrestricted spot. 'HORRIBLE and FILTHY - when we arrived we found black mold in the second bathroom, hair on the sheets and in the drawers, vomit or diarrhea on the duvet, a broken couch, mold in the shower gel and more. To top it off the owner was on vacation and told us to call the property manager. I told her this was her responsibility and then called me and assured me she would fix everything.
