Appartementen in Wales

'It is newly renovated; however it was done in a sloppy manner. The door handles were all loose, there were no bulbs in the side lamps I. The bedrooms or a place to plug in if it happen to have a lightbulb. The communication was very poor, it took ages to answer messages and some went un answered. I tried calling several times but only go through on two occasions. The first time the person was helpful the other they were unable to resolve the issue. It’s a lovely place, with good amenities but...

'It is extremely disappointing that such an unsatisfactory property is featured on your website. Upon arriving with my family, I was astonished that this property is listed, especially given the condition of the surrounding area. There were garbage bags placed outside the entrance, emitting an unpleasant odor. It is unsafe for families with children to stay in such an environment. Furthermore, despite sending photographs to the property management team and requesting either a refund or an...

'The property was in an excellent location. Brilliant views of Tenby beach. The property was clean and everything working. The host was great at communicating check in etc. Would rent this property again.'

'This was our second time of staying here and again was not disappointed it was clean and tidy and had everything we needed. The only issue was the mattress we feel a new one would be beneficial due to wear'

'Awful! Do not stay here. Absolutely stank of sewage, contacted the owner and was ignored, contacted again the day after and again ignored. A man then turned up at pur apartment late afternoon asking if we had "stepped in dog sh*t" and we hadnt and answered no so he then went on to tell us he ignored our message because he thought it was a scam but he checked the pipes and there was no issues and it hadnt smelled when he was there before we got there. So basically accused us of lying then said...

'A last minute two night stay, lovely accommodation, sea view, local pub and just 10 minutes drive from Tenby town. Great place, great host.'

'Lovely apartment. Cl3an amd tidy on arrival. Hosts were extremely helpful. Would recommend and stay again in the future'

'Although the accommodation was OK (lots of dust everywhere & long hairs on my pillow when we arrived at the appartement. But for the rest ok) it was not nice to hear the above neighbors the whole stay (morning till evening). You can hear them walk around, talk, hear the television, hear the bathroom etc. It was mentioned in the add that during your stay no loud music was allowed but I think that is normal practice. But it really spoiled our holiday being woken up every day at 07:30 hours due to...

'Go there! It’s the place you need!'
