'After we checked in, my girlfriend and I found the air conditioner wasn’t working properly. It was promptly replaced and things were back in order. The bed could’ve had a thicker mattress and the room didn’t have a tv, otherwise we were pleased with the room. We enjoyed the delicious room service meal during our evening, and the grounds and beach were very nice and clean.'

'Ouderwetse kamer in het 'nieuwe gedeelte'. Slecht bed, ouderwetse badkamer. Het hotel lijkt TOTAAL NIET op de foto's. Personeel is vriendelijk. Restaurant stelt niets voor, daar is het personeel slecht. De omgeving is niet bijzonder, ver weg. Het enige goede is dat er op loopafstand een Italiaans restaurant zit: Giuseppe. Ga daar heen!'

'Excellent! Beautiful location, quiet en friendly staff. The food was delicious. We went to this resort last February (2019), to vist our family in Tagbilaran for the first time. The staff was so friendly, we hadn't met friendly staff like they was before. We visited the Islands on the east side of the Mactan Island by boatrip. We also went to the Panglao Island by ferry from Cebu, keep in mind that i will take a half day to come there. Outside the resort was a lot of traffic and real Philippines...

'Big size studio one bedroom with sea view, the other not. Big surround balcony from the living room and bedroom. Bathroom dark and needs updating. Breakfast food was boring not much selection even the fruit selection was very poor and redundant nothing local which was the only thing I was able to eat as a vegetarian. Pool was not inviting nor was the beach unfortunately.'

'I booked this Hotel for my parents, but when they arrived at the place (Hotel). They told my parents that they don't have a room for them because the room that I booked, someone has booked before me. In other words, overbooking. I have hotel confirmation and send a copy to my sister just incase because i live overseas and the time differences. They called me many times while I was sleeping. And my phone was on sleep mode. I saw the message an hour after when i woke up and I was very worried 😟....

'Breakfast was good. However, at dinner time, there were numerous items that were unavailable. My party decided to dine elsewhere due to the lack of selection.'

'property was very beautiful and well maintained. Lofredo messaged me days before check in which was helpful. the condo unit has complete amenities and a microwave, washer, tables, and a balcony to dry off clothes. just a little bit of a drive from main roads.'
